Deliveries

There is a charge of £10 for postage/packing in the UK and £20 for overseas.

Up to 5 working days should be allowed for UK deliveries and up to 10 working days for overseas ones.

We are not liable for loss or delayed deliveries due to matters outside our control.

Our Returns Policy

We sincerely hope you are completely satisfied with your Me & Maya purchase.

If you do wish to return an item for any reason, you may do so up to 14 days from the date of receiving the goods for a full refund or an exchange, as long as it is returned to us in its original, saleable condition & packaging, with all labels and tags intact. Goods must be unworn and unwashed.

Please avoid make-up coming into contact with clothing when trying them on.

We may refuse to refund or exchange if it is clear this hasn’t been done, and return the goods to you.

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error.

You must send your return back to us within the 14 day time period and, if not sending by recorded mail, obtain proof of postage.

After we have received your refund request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail.

The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.

We aim to process refunds and exchanges the day we receive them; however, during busy times it may take a couple of days.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Exchanges are sent out free of charge.
